“This is truly a class act!”

We returned to stay at Ocean View for our second time. While my husband was fuzzy on our first stay there, this time his response was that he would love to return and stay for a longer period of time in the future. My mother, sister and niece appeared to really enjoy their stay as well. They had a gorgeous view of the side of the mountain below covered with bleating sheep, Donegal Bay and the Atlantic Ocean, and mountains on the other side of the bay. While our view missed the water, we looked up the side of the mountain which was charming as well. The bedding, and each room in general, were beautiful, leaving us feeling as though we were in a luxury hotel, yet with the charm and comfort of a home atmosphere. Helena is fabulous and we look forward to many more visits to her B&B......hoping she'll not retire before we return again and again! We love Helena and Ocean View!

“The best B&B in 3 trips to Ireland”

The finest view, host, and accomodations bar none. Mrs.Cunningham was a most gracious host and we wanted for nothing. The room was delightful and looked out on the ocean, beautiful. The surrounding are was also great. We would highly recommend this B&B.

“The greatest B&B in Ireland bar none.”

There is a saying "See Napels and die", NO that is absolutely wrong I say stay at "OCEAN VIEW" and die.
I recently spent 7days travelling around Ireland. I stayed in B&B's throughout the trip and had a fantastic time. By far the best B&B was the Ocean View in Killybegs (17 July 2008). Helena were a perfect host, the room were excellent, the breakfast the greatest and what a view.
Hope to visit Ocean View again in the near future.

Liked — Great View.
Disliked — Impossible to approve on.

My husband and I just have to endorse what everyone else has said about Ocean View. It is a totally amazing place to stay. Large comfortable bedrooms, nice lounge from which to enjoy the view and read the books and a lovely dining room where Helena serves an absolutely superb breakfast. This is probably one of the cleanest most comfortable B & Bs we have ever stayed at. The convenience of Kitty Kelly's restaurant added to the enjoyment of our stay. We will return!!
