Found this Hotel on Expedia.....it was really nice and clean hotel, the people who worked here are very friendly they would really assist you if you need anything. Had a great time with my husband staying at this hotel. We will surely stay here again next time we come back to Phoenix. Very nice......

... When, at 3.30pm, they tell me I can't actually get into my room because it's being cleaned. So they make me sit in reception like a lemon for thirty minutes. Way to start a business trip, guys!

That pretty much sums this place up: grotty, sloppy service, unenjoyable to visit. Oh, and despite it's name it's actually about two miles from downtown. rooms were pretty basic, too. So basically don't bother

Good: grounds/landscape are beautiful, nice pool area, easy/efficient check-in process, close to light rail, a few restaurants within walking distance, decent price

Bad: smaller rooms, had significant problems with AC unit, no hot tub, no complimentary breakfast

Not a bad place but better can probably be found.

I recently traveled for the first time to Phoenix for spring training. I got this hotel through expedia. I know Radissons usually are nice hotels so I chose this location. I was pleasently suprised by the condition of the hotel and pool. The hotel looked like it recently had been remodled. The room was very clean and also had new sleep number beds. The pool looked like it was straight out of hotels Ive stayed in in cancun with Tall rock waterfalls. I noticed that all children were kept in a certain area in the hotel which actually made me more comfortable traveling with a toddler. The food also was exceptional. We had room service a couple nights and the food was up in less than 20 minutes.

Location of the hotel is great if you have a rental car. We were 5-7 minutes from downtown where the suns play.


I really never write reviews but the Radisson really made my trip comfortable and relaxing and I just wanted to give them a huge thanks
