“Wonderful stay, wonderful dinner”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 7 December 2009

What a great place with friendly people. We only live an hour away, but had heard good things about the food and wanted a last-minute overnight getaway. Menu prices were better than reasonable, and dinner was delicious. The owners even played the piano and sang for us after dinner. They also offer great last-minute deals and packages with dinner. Enjoy Shakespeare and all the atmosphere of yuppie/hippie Ashland, but get out of town a bit, too.

“Very relaxing trip!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 30 November 2009

My boyfriend and I flew down from Portland to this little bed and breakfast and have found our new getaway destination. We were both looking for a place to go for a few nights to relax and unwind and this is the perfect spot. We took advantage of the $99 special which includes the room and dinner for two from their great in-house restaurant, as well as the continental breakfast in the morning. Donnie and Denise were warm and welcoming from the very beginning, even picking us up and dropping us off at the local airport down the road (Pinehurst State Airport). The food is wonderful and very well priced, the service is very personal, and of course their dog Jake is adorable and friendly. I would definitely recommend this for anyone who is looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, a romantic weekend, or for nature lovers.

“Wonderful B & B, Wonderful People!”

A few of us spent a weekend at the Pinehurst Inn, and had a wonderful time! Even though it's quite a (windy) trek out of town, the inn provided a peaceful, cozy, hospitable, and delicious place to lay our heads! The Krizo's are wonderful hosts, and I hope visit again soon!

“Phenomenal!!!”

When my husband called on short notice to book a room here for our anniversary, Ira was not only happy to oblige but went the extra mile (as he apparently does for all of his guests) to make our stay enjoyable. Dinner was an occasion to be remembered, with excellent food paired with amazing service. The room itself was wonderful, inviting and beautiful with the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on and an atmosphere that made us truly feel welcome and at home (without having to be at home).

We will return many times, even if we move out of the area. This is truly the best bed and breakfast in the country, hidden away in the beautiful mountains of Southern Oregon. It was well worth the short drive from Klamath Falls and we could have stayed someplace much less inviting for more than what we spent there.

There is no way to explain how wonderful this little inn is without sounding like we're exaggerating. Try it for yourself and see how truly awe-inspiring this place and its hosts are.

  • Liked — EVERYTHING! The bed, the food, the service!

“phenomenal getaway”

we arrived in the early afternoon and were so pleased to be away from everything. Spent the afternoon reading and enjoying some of their wines from their great wine list. Late in the afternoon we asked for a fruit and cheese platter to be made for us. The attention and service was some of the finest i have ever experienced. Ira and his wife seemed to be everywhere.
Dinner was so sensational and the grazing dinner was the hit of the evening. then after dinner sitting on the porch and just talking.
Breakfast the next morning was so great we were taken by surprize. In short , the evening we spent there was such a great experience that 2 weeks later we returned to do it again.
This Inn is indeed a jewel if you want peace and quiet. Great food and wine and an attentive staff. Its not for you if you need to be entertained and cant relax. this is southern Oregon at its best. Enjoy!
