This hotel is situated in a quiet, leafy street only 10 minutes walk from Red Square. Rooms are spotless, bright and airy and very comfortable beds. Bathroom slightly on small side but not a problem. Tea and coffee facilities. Reception staff were lovely - polite and helpful.

Not too many tourists in the hotel - the spacious and trendy reception/lobby area was full of business people a lot of the time.

Nice restaurant, too, although not very Russian!

We stayed here two nights before heading to St Petersburg and then returned back here before flying back to UK - was great coming back to the hotel after a great visit to St Pete's where the hotel was very dingy compared to this.

Fantastic location, ten min short walk to Kremlin, St Basils etc, Nice clean rooms but expensive at $600 per/night. Food in the hotel was of good quality and I would give this hotel 10 out of 10 apart from the cost but if you want to come to Moscow and stay central this is what you have to pay.

My trip to Moscow was totally spoiled by bed bugs at this hotel. On the surface its a nice hotel, great location, friendly staff, but I would suggest you look elsewhere as my room was infested with bed bugs.

My 13 year old daughter and myself spent 5 days at the hotel. The staff were excellent and helped us plan days out. The hotel has its own ATM machine as well as a bank. The hotel is in a very good safe area and is 10 minutes walk. The staff speak good English. There is free Wireless internet in the lounge so its easy to e-mail home. I will be visiting Moscow again and will be returning to the same hotel.
