Hotel is new and many of the comments made by other reviewers are very relevant.
1. My Room was on city view side 7th floor: large king bed was comfy, adequate lighting and electrical outlets for your personal needs. I do like the hardwood / tile floors that won't harbor dirt, smells etc.
2. Bathroom: bathroom is very large and well designed with top fixtures. I especially liked the large walk in shower with wall mounted soap and shampoo pump. The water was hot and cold with good pressure. For those that like their bathtub, this is a great find because it is large and deep.
3. Air-Con: Cold, a bit noisy but otherwise works well.
4. TV: good selection of channels, flat screen is excellant.
5. Mini Bar: Simple modest selection, fairly priced, fridge has room for your own purchases.
6. Breakfast: Basics, no omelet chef here but enough to get me going in the morning.
7. Location: to the south east of the busy part of Hat Yai, easy to get in and out by car.
8. Parking: adequate for the size of the hotel
9. Business Center: NO (I just asked the front desk), this is going to complicate some of my personal requirements that I held off while on the road so will have to go to town to accomplish.

10. Pool: Nice but there are no lounge chairs which would allow me to sit and read a book. There are some table chairs but that is really not conducive to spending time out of the water.
Issues: with the key card system, I believe there is an ongoing problem (at least with my room) however the front desk staff are helpful, polite and expedient in dealing with them.More
