My wife & I stayed in a suite at the Swiss Belhotel Bay View (not to be confused with the Villas) and were pretty happy.
The service was good, the food in the restaurant was excellent, the facilities were (mostly) good.
The only significant downside was the location (more on that in a moment).
The staff were unfailingly friendly, the room was quite good (see images) and the view from our room was lovely.
Cleaning was done on a daily basis, including replenishment of supplies like toiletries.
The suite came with a stove (and cooking utensils), a fridge, and a jug - but no coffee-maker, and no microwave.
We didn't use the kitchen much, except to make tea and (instant) coffee, and for breakfast - we bought some cereal and milk at a convenience store for about RP60,000 ($AU6) which lasted us the week.
Breakfast may be included in the hotel tariff - but since we had booked the room as an 'associate resort' for Worldmark, we had to pay for it.
Which we did .. once.
It cost us $US14-plus-plus each. And while the food was good, it wasn't worth $US17 each (the plus-plus means plus 10% govt tax, plus 5% 'service' fee. You get used to that in Bali).
While $AU35 mightn't seem all that high for a cooked breakfast for two, that made it easily the most expensive meal in our week in Bali - where a large Nasi Goreng would be around RP35,000 (or $AU3.50) and fresh-cooked seafood for two on the beach plus beers and cocktails cost us RP330,000 - or $AU33.
Having said that, if breakfast IS included in your tariff, go for it :-)
Surprisingly, there was no DVD player in the room (although one was available for hire, at RP60,000 (about $AU6) a night.
It also came with free wi-fi, which was pretty good .. BUT you had to get a new password every day, and it could only be used on one machine (and who, these days, has only one laptop/smartphone/tablet per couple or family?) This wasn't a drama for us, as I'd bought an all-the-data-you-can-eat simcard on arrival, and used my phone as a wifi hotspot - but it may be worth bearing in mind if you are travelling with teenagers :-)
The hotel has 2 pools - one on the first floor and one on the roof. The rooftop pool is the one you'll see photographed - it's a lovely view. The lower pool, on the other hand, is larger, has a couple of waterfalls, and is better for kids.
Things to watch out for? The suite we got was accessed by a small lobby that also led to two studio-size rooms. And the doorbell for those rooms was the same one as for our room - so whenever anyone arrived for guests in the studio rooms, we'd know about it :-)
Also, the door to our room had to be double-locked every time we entered and left - because otherwise, the door would just ... swing open at random!
The biggest single disadvantage to the hotel, though, is the location itself.
It's on the side of a hill - which makes it quiet, and peaceful, and gives lovely views. But it also means it is slightly over a kilometre, up and down a VERY steep road, to the nearest warung or small shop - and then another 2K or so to the nearest grocery store, or 5K to the 'Bali Collection' (where there are lots of restaurants, etc)
So every time you wanted anything, you needed to call a Taksi as they are called. Now, they are cheap-as .. it was only around $AU3 to Nusa Dua proper, or $AU10 to Kuta ... but it was also the delay and inconvenience. A small price to play, but bear it in mind.
The hotel also has a free shuttle bus to Nusa Dua / Bali Collection / Kuta - but they only run to each destination a few times each day, so you have to be prepared to wait (or to hurry up, sometimes :-)
This may sound like I'm unhappy with our stay ... but I'm not. We thoroughly enjoyed it - I just thought I'd outline some traps for young players!
If possible, get a room with a view - the sound of cows lowing and roosters crowing was a lovely sta...

Thank you for taking the time to review your recent stay with us. We are very pleased that you thoroughly enjoyed your time with us.
It is heartening to hear that you found the suites were good, the view from your suite was lovely, the food in the restaurant was excellent, and the facilities were good.
Perhaps more importantly we are proud that you found that the staff were unfailingly friendly, and the service was good.
Whilst we understand that our location is not right in the center of everything we feel the peace and tranquility more than make up for this. An oasis in the sometime hectic goings on around if you will. In regards to the WIFI our system does require a new password every 24 hours, however, you can have as many as you need so that you can use more than one device.
Again thank you for the review and thank you for visiting us. We look forward to welcoming you back.
