I had 3 wonderful nights in this small, lovely furnished hotel.
Airport pick up by the hotel had been organized upon reservation (tuk tuk pick up included, for taxi pick up some surcharge - if you dont have too much luggage the tuk tuk is just fine) and it took about 15minutes to get to the hotel.
From hotel to the old market it was about 20-25minutes walk; to the Angkor Museum (12USD entrance fee, but worth it. I spent about 3.5hours in there. Try to do it before going to the temples) about 15minutes by foot. Going to Angkor Wat took about 25minutes by Tuk Tuk (car or rental bike possible as well).
The hotel had a free shuttle service to the old market at 18:30, 19:30 and 20:30.
The hotel itself was just beautiful. Located approx 100m into a smaller side road it was a quiet place to stay. The foyer is just beautiful (earthly shades for the furniture, lovely decorations). I stayed on the 2nd floor (no elevator available) in a king size deluxe room. Everything was neat and clean; in the bathroom they had shower gel & shampoo, a comb, toothbrush & shower cap available. Air condition and TV with international channels; the bed was hard (which I prefer). Also 2 bottles of water (0.5l) complimentary per day. No fridge or minibar, but a bar in the foyer. Also a safe at the reception.

They had two PCs with free internet access on the same floor: unfortunately one was broken during my visit and the other had some server problems one day.
Breakfast is included (small buffet including fruits, toast, marmalade, coffee/ tee) and in addition one could chose one dish from the menu. I would have recommended covering the sliced fruits since they attracted some fruit flies.
The staff were very friendly, obliging and helpful - i would definitely stay again in here :-) !!!!!!
Some more im info not related to the hotel:
you hardly need the local currency (1 USD=4,000 Riel); in this country almost everything is 1USD (even supermarket or old market) so do not change too much. Have enough small money available in the temples though: there are lots and lots of children everywhere wanting to sell hats, books, postcards, wooden toys, bracelets etc. All for one dollar. A water is one dollar as well. I have to say although I very well understand the situation of the kids, this was the less enjoyable part of the stay. Wherever you go they want to sell you something - sometimes in an obtrusive, annoying way.
Having stayed in inexpensive Vietnam (HCMC) before, this trip turned out to be more expensive than expected: 22 USD for the visa (I had no photos, so 2USD surcharge). About 25 USD for a tour guide per day. 13 USD for a tuk tuk when taking the small circle in Angkor (Angkor Wat, Angkor Tom, Ta Prom). Additional 6USD for sunrise (Angkor Wat is really popular for that so very crowded. I tried the temple Srah Srang one day - beautifully calm!) and 6USD add-on to go to Bantey Srei about 25km outside of the Angkor area. For a car the basic fare is approx 25USD. Lunch inside the temple area approx 4-6USD. Plus several dollars for the children (believe me: it is hard to say no).
Upon departure another 25USD service tax at the airport.More
