we booked a studio room for seven nights on arrival we were shown the room i smelt smoke as soon as i walked in. the room was what i would call a box room it was no were big enough for two people.it was unclean the corners of the room had not seen a hoover for many months the view was a brick wall looking up at the car-park . i looked up at the ceiling to saw a sock over the smoke alarm so i went to reception to complain they offered us another room but said that he had no one to make it up today for us he did not even apologize to me.we left to find alternative accommodation while we were gone they he went into our room and sprayed some air freshener and opened our windows. we had to stay the night there but i did not sleep at all the hotel is surrounded by car parks it did not feel safe for us to be there the reception is not manned 24hrs and other guest ran up and down the corridors for most of the night we left the next day as soon as reception was open.

Hotel is an apartment hotel, with smallish but well apointed rooms. The location of the hotel is fairly good, with good resturants and activities within walking distance. The room we were in was on the road, and we found the noise a bit noisy for us. We had the heater on to warm the room up. With the heater on the room was ok temp. They have broadband access, but we found this very exepensive. Overall it was a nice stay, but I will proabably look elsewhere next time
