stayed here for one night, this hotel is situated in a residential area, to get to the town of Bray or the sea front you need to drive
checked in late afternoon the receptionist was serving in the bar, but we just had to wait a minute of two for her, very friendly efficient check in..she then did a bit of waitressing (multi-skilled) the room is small, very dated with dark brown carpet from the 70's, dark furniture, big comfy bed, small bathroom..grand room if you just want to sleep in it, not great for relaxing with a book for an hour or so as the chairs are hard and uncomfy.. didn't have dinner here... breakfast was lovely though. €85 euro for 2 people bed and breakfast for one night. there was a "balcony" in the room didn't see the point of it as it looked out onto a car park and noise from the main road..yes the hotel is clean, but shouldn't that be the norm? If i was staying in Bray again, probably prefer to stay nearer the sea front. If not a hotel then a bed and breakfast place

Hello and thank you for taking the time to review our hotel. I am pleased to note you found the staff welcoming and friendly and will pass these comments on. While we are located just outside the town it is a walkable distance and there is the option of local bus with bus stop just outside the hotel or free phone taxi from reception. The accommodation you stayed in is part of a new wing built about 4 years ago so its decor is quite modern but I'm sorry you found it to be dated. I am glad you found the hotel good value as we do our best to ensure that is the experience of all our guests.
Kind Regards
Helen O'Reilly
