I stayed here for one night with my grandmother after driving up to Cashel from Cork so was bit tired and looking forward to just relaxing. We were welcomed by Eileen and she immediately made us feel welcome and at home. Our room was quite large (was the family / twin room, had a double bed as well as a single bed) with a good sized en suite bathroom. We were shown around, told a bit about Cashel and restaurants etc and just had a chat. Eileen is a wonderful hostess and her family are all lovely and great to talk to. The coffee and tea station in the room was good, nice strong coffee! The decor was homely and welcoming in nice warm shades and the beds were very very comfy, I slept so well! The breakfast, wow, where do I start? Very good coffee and juices as well as a large selection of cereals, jams, yogurt, and so on as a buffet style on a side board, then we have the option of the pre-ordered breakfast ( I had their toast with cheese, bacon and pineapple, was so so good! and my gran, the scrambled eggs with salmon, also equally good!) each room / couple had their own table to sit at for breakfast which was nice and well set out.
Overall, I had a fantastic stay and the only problem was that I had to leave after only one night for the rest of my trip!
