The location at the seaside made us choose this B&B for our stay in Waterville. If we had known we were going to love this place as much as we did, we would have planned a longer stay here. Abbie Clifford is a lovely host. She does everything to make her guests feel welcome, and her breakfasts are great!
Do not hesitate to ask her for advice about trips and walks: she knows everything you need to know to have a great time.

We will definitely return to this place somewhere in the future!

A great value in the town of Waterville. Very near the golf course, a short walk to town center. Can't beat the value.

I stayed in the B&B for quite an extended amount of time as I was studying abroad (Oct 25th-Dec 15th). While there, I was able to get a great look at how Abbie runs the B&B.
The rooms are are very accommodating to any size group and usually come with a self-service of tea and biscuits. Everything is very clean as Abbie personally scrubs the bathrooms, sweeps the floors, and washes the linens all herself.
Abbie is so helpful and friendly and will offer up useful advice about the area upon request. She knows all of the great restaurants and pubs as well as when to go for certain events, such as music or trivia nights. Abbie is also very knowledgeable when it comes to sight seeing, events at the arts/theater center, and many other things to do when in Waterville.
Overall, this is a wonderful place to stay with great service, clean, accommodating rooms, and not to mention the Abbie's homemade Irish Breakfast is to die for! I recommend this place to anyone!

Had the pleasure of staying at Cliffords B+B in early August.We were a bit late arriving and the owner (Abbie) was most welcoming.(we had been caught up in the "Puck's Fair traffic for 2 hours)
Our room was huge and on the first floor.Comfortable beds and lovely crisp white sheets were a treat for our weary bodies.The bathroom was very clean and soft towels were provied.
Breakfast was plentiful, juice, cereal,fresh fruit and yoghurt, followed by a choice of full Irish, eggs anyway you liked and finished of with Abbies fresh, home made brown soda bread.
Abbie is a great hostess and I left her a little Koala as a personal thank you.She was over the moon with it.
This is a really friendly place to stay and is in a very picturesque location right on the waterfront.
