“Fantastic!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 26 November 2009

I am Irish living in Ireland and we can be more critical of things in our own country but I stayed here recently when attending a friend's wedding in the area and didn't regret it. It's extremely reasonably priced so we were able to avoid the hefty hotel prices and still receive the same level of comfort. Lovely furnished room, complete with tea and coffee making facilites, great shower and right in the heart of Adare. You can literally fall out the door of the Inn and into an adjoining pub or cafe. Being an Inn meant there was no breakfast which was great as there was no obligation to rise early, and resulted in a 10 hour slumber and then out for food! Sean and Bridie are also a positive part of the package, they make a great pair, they are fantastic hosts, giving just the right amount of attention to detail and a warm welcome with friendly conversation but never intrusive. Would definately stay here again and absolutely recommend it to friends, family and colleagues. All I need now is an excuse to visit Adare again!

“Spot on!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 25 November 2009

Spotless accommodation. Very comfortable - great beds and pillows, excellent shower. Very friendly hosts. Ideally located. I have been in 4* hotels that have been nowhere near as good. I would definitely return if in the area again.

“Couldn't ask for more”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 20 November 2009

I stayed here for two nights with my friend when we were attending a wedding in Adare and I was pleasantly surprised. The room was modern and clean with a great shower and tea and coffee making facilities. The beds were comfy and fresh and the room was warm and cosy. The couple who run the accommodation Sean and Bridie are extremely friendly and down to earth and made us feel very welcome. It is room only which means you get to have a lie in and there are plenty of places nearby to have your breakfast or lunch. Well worth considering especially if you are on a budget but want somewhere nice to stay.

“Outstanding Hospitality”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 18 November 2009

Wonderful family, encouraged me to feel at home. Brought me in touch with long lost family from 5 generations back, provided me with a ride to the airport. Have never received near the amount of hospitality from another hotel as I did from the Adare Village Inn. Would suggest to anyone traveling near the region to make it a priority to stay the night. Contemporary, recently remodeled rooms with appealing front door and key. Located in the heart of Adare within walking distance of all sites. A must stay.

“Great value for money accomodation in picturesque village”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 15 November 2009

Hosts Sean & Bridie Collins provide very clean, comfortable & compact accomodation in picturesque Adare.
Our king bed room was bright, surprisingly sound proof, had a small flat sreen tv plus tea & coffee making facilities.
The shower, with power head, was by far the best experienced so far in three visits to Ireland.
The food menu in the adjacent Sean Collins Bar was low cost bar snacks which may not satisfy hungry travellers.
Overall we rated the family owned business very highly and would recommend it to our friends in Australia.
