Stayed here for one night post cruise. Rooms were large and beds were fantastic!! Staff was very nice considering there was a major US VIP and tons of secret service which meant they had to bump us off our executive floor room and put us on a lower floor. We arrived at 8 AM and couldn't get our room until 4PM but they were nice and at least we had the executive lounge.
The concierge was great!! Hotel was jamm packed with tour groups when we arrived with four buses. Spa area is very small, gym is good. Executive lounge has excellent location and great views but food is so/so - no happy hour food, just mediocre wine. Breakfast is ok - soggy eggs, bacon, toast. Great views on the canal side of the hotel. Good location. Overall, I would stay here again.
