It's located near Plaka, walking distance to Hella Shopping Area and Ermou St. Walking distance to Acropolis.

Spacious room (room no 2) with big balcony. However, the toilet is very small. And wifi coverage is very weak in the room.

Perfect location away from noise but close to everything. Between Syntagma square and Adranou madness! Katerina at reception delightful to come'home' to, all staff friendly and helpful. Air con and shower great. Rooftop view of Parthenon a bonus. Try Paradisaio taverna in polonas street toward Niki's for authentic Greek food. Clean, safe and comfortable. No lift (3 floors).

Room tip: We had 10, it was quiet but no view. In august heat it stayed cool. Up two flights of narrow stairs so keep you fit!

I stayed there in August 2013 overall 4 days, 2 days from my trup start and 2 days by the end of my trip. The owner, Greg Armatas, was a very nice person and very attentive, the other workers were also good, but Greg was always happy and willing to help :)
Location is great!!!!!!! it is some 5 minutes walk from Syntagma square from where you can walk just onto the parlaiment and see the guard shift ceremony....
some 20 minutes AMUSING walk through the restauarants, souvenir shops up to the Acropolis!!!!
if you like tyo walk then walk some 30 minutes to the Lycobbitus hil (my favourite place) an amazing place!!! yu can go there both during the day but it is hot, or during the night.... in both cases you can see Athens in all its beauty.....
i didn`t make to go other sights... but if you stay long you are just in the centre to choose among many many sights around....
yes, one more thing - from your roof you can see the acropolis a hand away)))....
As soon as it is 00.00 am you can hear absolutely no noise from outside but before 00.00 am you can hear only Greek lovely a bit noisy music... that`s it!!!!
Rooms are clean, very well equipped with conditioner, if you are not into luxury stay there becasue the most important is to have a room clean, knit, with cold/hot water and great location!!!!!
Sincerely,
Sona

We were only passing through Athens so chose Plaka for convenience. How convenient it was!!! 10min walk to the Acropolis, new museum (a must) etc. through bustling store lined streets. So many restaurants to choose from. It's very cheap so for a short stay, put up with tiny, tiny bathroom..the rooms are perfectly clean (latex mattress was comfy but a bit hot at this time of year) and the staff very friendly and helpful.

Helpful staff, nice bedroom, great location. Free wi-fi and a big TV. What else to ask for? From terrace there is an astonishing Acropolis view. No escalator but that wasn't a problem. Eco friendly as well. I recommend it for families, shopping and cultural tourism.
