The greeting at the Jardim Hotel was very poor with a particular morning recptionist ignoring us whilst we stood at reception waiting to be dealt with whilst she carried on with her work. She told us we were too early and did not offer any assistance.
This experience was not just a one off, as the next morning again this receptionist told us incorrect information which lead us in the opposite way to where we wanted to be, and also told us that about a restaurant which was closed!
Shame as the other receptionist was really great, but the hotel had lost its charm by then. Wont be going again.
