Same as so many reviews, this is a great location and a good hotel, if a little dated and jaded (check out the sude chairs in the bar area, not clean not nice). Reception really helpful room small but good. But made the mistake of having a meeting at the 4 seasons just a couple of minutes way, a world of difference! that said this hotel is well located and good value.

We had a brief weekend stop in Geneva for a wedding and found a great deal on the net for this hotel. As other have said, it has a great location for traveling around the city and getting to other places as well. The rooms were clean, comfortable, but nothing to knock your socks off. For the right price, this is a great choice in a very expensive hotel city.

The hotel is opposite the main station so easy to get to from the airport and other rail stations. It is a short walk to the lake and you need to cross a bridge to get to the city centre.

Reception is friendly and efficent and there is a helpful uniformed doorman which gives a nice classic feel.

The rooms are recently decorated and pleasant if a little on the small side, which is OK as long as you don't have too much luggage. The bathrooms are clean and adequate, though water pressure in the shower is not great. I found the room a bit hot and because it overlooks a busy road you won't want to sleep with the window open.

There is a a lobby and a bar and also a restaurant. I had a good burger and fries in the restaurant which for Geneva was not too expensive. The area between the hotel and the lake has many local restaurants and bars.

Much as with the other reviews: Location accross the station. Very convenient. Walking distance to all of Geneva, and easy connections to public transport. Got a great internet price and service was polite and efficient. Rooms slightly small but we found it a bit stuffy. Sleeping with the window open was out of the question due to road noise. But they are very well insulated and the noise almost eliminated when latched closed. Euro-typical split bed configuartion (ugh!).
