I am a very frequent traveller to Naples and this is the best boutique hotel I've experienced in a while. The rooms are quite large for neapolitan standards and the beds were super comfy. There was no outside noise even though the hotel is located within the busy and well frequented Galleria Umberto I! The continental breakfast was of gargantuan proportions (for european standards) and you'd be hard pressed not to find something appetising to eat and drink. The location is superb just a stone's throw from the central funicular to the residential suburbs of Vomero and the Certosa di San Martino, and practically on Via Toledo (fantastic shopping!). Easily reached by getting the airport bus into town.
Only 2 negative points: there were no bathrobes as indicated on the web even though we'd booked a superior room (the Klimt room -108) and if you want to use the lift (which you probably want to at least on the way up since the hotel is on the 4th floor) you'd better have 10 cent for the machine otherwise you are walking. Whilst I don't mind this kind of set up, we arrived without knowing this and therefore did not have the exact change. Thankfully a kind person on the 2nd floor gave us the money!
Overall my husband and I had a relaxing and very enjoyable stay at this hotel. Will definitely come back!
