Rooms are very nice with a stylish touch, cosy, and ensure comfortable sleep.
Location is pretty good.
Breakfast is varied and of good quality.
Value for money is excellent.
I certainly recommend the hotel and I would come back myself.

Things that can be improved (some are just minor advices):
- toiletries: given the 4stars level of the hotel, conditioner and cotton buds should be provided. I asked the cleaners, but they were not available
- breakfast: cereals are served by small plastic bags, they can do better than that. Also, they try to fit two bottles of water in a too small ice bucket making serving water a bit complicated, get a bigger bucket please.
- toilet: it's quite big, why didn't fit a bidet? It would have been useful!

Room tip: The rooms on the street side are brighter and have very nice colourfully decorated windows

Hotel is very well located. 2 mins walk from Plaza Mayor and Peurta Del Sol, and Mercado San Miguel. Many interesting shops nearby. Cinema on same road as well as Flamenco show. In case had too much Paella and Tapas, Indian and Chinese restaurants nearby.

Hotel very modern and clean. Room was very comfortable and bathroom good too.Air conditioning worked well and room sound proofed. Room cleaning done regularly. Breakfast was good and if one goes at 7 am one could sit out and enjoy your breakfast otherwise the sun comes up and it is too hot to sit out.

Reception very helpful and map provided was good as it showed all attractions and locations well. Wi fi worked well in the lobby.

All in all a very good hotel . Would not hesitate to recommend it and would definitely stay there again.

Room tip: Stayed in room A211. Perfectly soundproofed with a delightful stained glass window. Good bathroom and airconditioning

We stayed for 1 night only and found the hotel very nice. Service was friendly and there is possibility for parking and breakfast. The location was very good almost in the center of Madrid so we could get a little view of Madrid in an evening/afternoon.
