I chose this hotel because we were coming in from another city by car and we were leaving in the morning via the Madrid airport. The hotel is very easy to locate by car. The have indoor parking for a fee of 12 euro per night. The hotel is very small, but has a lot of charm. The room was nice and clean, but overly scented with perfume, which was an issue for me. The bathroom was very small but functionally. The hair dryer was the best I ever used in all of Europe. The staff is affable and very helpful. The city center is a 15 minute walk. Beware everything shuts down in this town as most visitors come for a day trip so we did have a very difficult time finding somewhere to eat for dinner. Across from the hotel is a nice view of the river and the hills, down side is so is the bus stop. There was so much noise coming from the bus stop, starting again early in the morning. If you left the window open it’s like being out on the street, with no privacy. We elected to have breakfast at the hotel as we were leaving early for the airport. Very descent breakfast with lots of cakes, fruit, meat and cereal, the breakfast room was very charming. Note, if you are leaving via the Madrid airport it’s at least an hour and half drive. We paid 60 euro for the night to include breakfast, but not parking, so it’s a good deal.

Found this little gem on this site as a recommended place. We were very pleasantly surprised at how nice the place was. The staff behind the desk were so helpful, friendly and nice as can be. The room (#12) was very spacious and clean. The only thing I would have to say if I had to say one thing would be the mattress, it was a bit lumpy. However, in the grand scheme of things, this place is a little gem in the city of Toledo! We would like to thank the staff their for all of their help during out stay and making it so pleasant!!

This is a beautiful small hotel in a great location - especially if you are driving into Toledo because it is located at the edge of town on the river. The rooms are very nice with great bathrooms. For us, a senior couple, the only problem with the location was that you had to do a lot of uphill walking to get to most of the main sights. Taxis are best ordered by your hotel or restaurant.

Great small hotel - spotless room, comfortable beds and wonderful windows that completely opened - overlooking the Rio Tajo River and walk way. Parking in the hotel was convenient. Staff friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Stayed one night. Breakfast was good - 8 euros - hot and cold, lots of fruit and great coffee. The city of 80,000 is very interesting to explore - you feel like you are visiting a medieval city with narrow cobble stone walk ways - it helps if you are in phyiscal shape as the walking can be taxing. The Cathedral closes at 6:00 p.m. so we were out of luck, but glad we visited here on our way to Seville.
