The staff in this hotel are its best point. I was so impressed with all the staff that I dealt with during my stay here, from reception to waitresses and bar staff they seemed all to be very conscious of customer satisfaction. The Hotel itself is okay, It is in the centre of Limerick and within walking distance to most of Limericks night life. Our room was adequate, but given what we paid it was very good value. I stayed in a Best Western Hotel in Los Angeles and in comparison Limerick was the better experience. We will be back

It's a cheap hotel but cheapness usually has a price too. The location is good and the staff at Pery's was very friendly and nice. The room was spacious but looked not only unclean but also a bit unpleasant. The electric kettle was growing stuff - flora fauna who knows. The bathroom was moist and had been that way for some time according the wooden sheet covering the front side of the tub (just like in one of the Hotel photos). Breakfast was ok.

This hotel is fine if you're not too fussy and only want a place to lay your head. I found my room was small and had a strange smell. The reception on the TV in the room was poor and most of the equipment in the gym was out of order. The only pluses were that the shower worked fine and it's very near the trian station. You get what you pay for if you book the early bookers rate- it's a 2 star hotel not 3

I gave it a 4 out of 5 because my 3-nights there are perfectly fine, no complains and the staff are wonderful and helpful. The hotel itself is not new so you will find dust on the fan and the curtain is old. But if you can put up with these, and given the price, it's a good value hotel. Free internet in the room if you have your laptop with you. The room is huge. Slightly out of the way from the city centre, but it's a small town. The Chinese restaurant opposite and the Spar supermarket are just wonderful.
