Hotel recently extensively refurbished following ownership change. Located in city centre & within walking distance of shops, restaurants, pubs & the Castle. Hotel is of contemporary design & allocated room was well furnished & provided more than adequate space. All staff were very efficient, courteous & helpful, particularly Lucie & Caroline at reception. Only negative aspect was absence of leisure facilities. Whilst a local leisure complex was recommended, it was too far to walk.

We have stayed here before and found the hotel to be fantastic value for money, this time we ordered breakfast in bed. They mixed our order up with another room however they were very quick to rectify the mistake and did not charge us for the tray charge to the room.
The Hotel is in a fantastic area with a great bar food menu. There is nothing here to complain about all in all you cannot do any better than this hotel for Value, comfort and quality

What can I say. Stayed here for 2 nights B&B with an evening meal. From the moment we arrived in the lobby the staff could not have been more helpful. Room bright, airy and spacious with immac bathroom. Food excellent, was even given a taster of the soup beforehand to make up my mind. Would seriously recommend this hotel based on our stay there.

My wife and I stayed here for 7 nights in mid April. My wife uses an electric wheelchair and this hotel worked very well. The goal of this hotel is to give the best service in Ireland. WE thought it did just that.

It's clean, well run and the rooms are very nice. The staff was willing to do almost anything to assist my wife and her needs. The woman that oversees the breakfast service is a real gem! She tries to give everyone the type of service you would receive in her home.

The bar is great and the food is excelloent. Thias is a great location to explore Kilkenny and all it has to offer. Free on site parking is a real plus.
