From the first sight of Park Villa, with its lovely flowers all over, to our clean, brightly decorated room, it was an exceptional experience.

Vickie made us feel At home immedictely, taking time to talk with us about what was going on, and chatting like old friends!

Breakfast was exceptionally good, and there many good choices offered.

Park Villa is across from the a large Convention hotel, and I'll bet theier patrons don't get the "Personal touch" and helpful ideas which Vicky offers.

We met the Park VIlla B&B after a hard day driving.
We found a wonderful person ( the guest...) and a house really clean and confortable.
I suggest you to start from this house to visit Kilkenny!

First experience to stay in an B & B, it was really great.

This was our first visit to Southern Ireland. We were attending a conference in Kilkenny and were looking for a B and B close to the conference venue. On the web site we found Park Villa which happened to be immediately opposite the conference hotel.

A great choice, it was extremely clean, comfortable and very convenient as we were able to have our evening meal in the Bistro of the hotel, which was excellent and good value for money.

Vicky and Pat are great hosts and we thoughoughly enjoyed our IRISH breakfast.

We did not have too much time to explore the area, other than visiting Kilkenny Castle, however, I am sure that this would be a good location to explore the south of Ireland. Here's hoping we can come back again in the future with more time to spend.
