From the moment we stepped into the foyer, we felt at home. The service was great, everyone was so very helpful. The room was huge and cozy beds with a beautiful, large bathroom. The food was excellent. We had the breakfast included with room each morning and was wonderful. We had dinner there one night and it was great. They had a diverse menu, so it was nice to have a little different fare than what we had been having throughout Ireland so far. My friend and I didnt want to leave, but alas, more of Ireland to see.

Stayed here on the 8th May with my boyfriend. We have stayed in many hotels and B&Bs in Kilarney but The Ross is by far our favourite. The staff were extremely friendly, the bed was extrordinarily comfortable and the breakfast was divine. The location is excellent, right in the middle of town. Thanks Ross we'll be back!

This hotel is Fab!! We have be travelling to killarney for the past 4 years for a short break away for the May Bank hol weekend, I have always wanted to stay in The Ross, and now that I have, I will never chosse another hotel over it.
The staff were so friendly and courteous during our stay, they really were exceptional.
We take short hotel breaks in Ireland regularly, and The Ross Hotel has really stood out a mile for customer service, value, and overall just a beautiful, comfortable hotel.
I cannot commend the staff enough, I didn't catch all of their names as each and every one of them was as good at their job as the next.
We had a beautiful meal included in our package, it was YUM!
Our bedroom (no. 307) was super comfy and so spacious, I really didn't want to leave.
Breakfast is great too, plenty to choose from, such as pancakes with strawberries and cream, or scambled eggs with smoked salmon!
We also had lunch in The Lane Cafe one afternoon and it was delicious.
The hotel is in a great location, right in the centre ok Killarney, yet we didnt hear any street noise during our stay, and it was a busy weekend!
Looking forward to our return stay, The Ross Hotel is a GEM!

My two sisters and I stayed for three nights while we enjoyed the Kerry Fashion Weekend. We found the hotel to be excellent value. The bedroom was very big and was very adequate for the three of us with no sense of overcrowding. The food was excellent and there were plenty of choices on the menu.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The hotel's location right in the heart of Killarney was great for us as we enjoy shopping and wandering around and not having to use the car was a great bonus.
We would definitely recommend the hotel to friends.
Just a comment, for people who cannot drink cow's milk it would be welcome if soya or rice milk were available in the bar and restaurant.
