We had so much fun on the pub tour. We organised a group from our office to head out on the pub tour in a private bus. All the pubs are great fun and offer a traditional Irish feel to them. We were escourted into and out of every pub and were looked after very well. Would definitely recommend this tour to anyone, so much fun and something out of the ordinary!

We stopped in Ireland for 3 days prior to a Transatlantic tour. We found the Rural Pub Tour information online and decided to take the tour. Shane and Mitch were absolutely amazing we had the best time. I don't really drink but went along for the tour and had a wonderful time. Everyone was so friendly they made you feel at home. We visited several countries along our trip but non were as inviting as those in Ireland. To be honest we opted to fly into Dublin because it was cheaper than flying directly into London. We all had such a WONDERFUL time in Ireland that we are going back!!!
We highly recommend this tour you will have a great time. Thank you Shane for making our trip the trip of a lifetime we will never forget. We will make it back to Ireland one day and we will look you up!!

I made the tour on the 20th of November, and as everyone is telling you here Shane is a great guide, and to chat with him during a pint of Bulmers is also great, because he has lots of stories to tell.
1st stop was at the blue light pub, this was a really cozy little local pub, where you can meet some nice irish folks, and have a chat.
2nd stop was at the highest pub of Ireland, the Fox Pub, this was a more touristic place, but great location, and there was a great irish band playing some nice music
3rd stop was again a more local pub, we were staying there a bit longer than at the other pubs, there was also a great band, and they even played happy birthday for me, when Shane asked them.
So this a great tour, please do it when you're in dublin, because if you just go to the temple bar pubs, then you haven't experienced the Experience of a real iris pub. And the pint is cheaper here a the tour, then in temple bar. So if you like to combine a guided tour with Pubs, then take this tour with Shane

Shane was one of the best tour guides I have ever had, and I have travelled round the world!! He looked after us and made sure we had as much fun, information and pictures as we needed. Oh and the beer and banter was pretty top form too!!
