Apartment was near centre and fairly convenient - had very good welcome pack - plenty of tea, coffee, milk, sugar, a loaf, butter jam and cereal. Tesco round corner or two.
Was secure with a concierge on the door until 10pm.
Apartment was clean but bed and floorboards were very creaky and heating and hot water didn't work until I'd asked two people to sort it out.

It was great to stay in a serviced apartment - for such a fantastic price. You save even more money if you take advantage of the kitchen and eat some of your meals in. It was well stocked with all the necessary amenities and the starter breakfast pack was great.

I think the serviced apartment concept is great and super convenient.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The walls and some of the furniture were a little tatty around the edges and the bedroom that faced onto the street was quite noisy at night.

The location was pretty good - although in hindsight it would be awesome to find somewhere in the old town.

I was really happy with this accommodation. We stayed on Grove Street, but at the Harris apartments, also owned by Fountain Court Apartments. We were a family of 5, 2 adults and 3 children, and were very impressed. We had a very comfortable apartment, with 2 bedrooms, very high standard of furnishings, and maid service daily. Flat screen TV, good kitchen, good bath/shower, nice and quiet. Really nothing to complain about. Would definitely stay there again. We had been worried about the building work on Grove St, but we didnt' hear a thing at our apartment. It was a 15 minute walk to Princes St, but there is a direct bus at the end of Grove Street, which goes direclty to the Royal Mile, so we just used that, and the kids loved it.

Great value for your money. We just got back from the UK. This place is a great solace for weary travelers. A modest accomodation with kitchen facility, nice warm bed, excellent staff, and great location for shopping, sightseeings, and restaurants. Everything is within a 10-15 minutes walking distance and it's only a $25.00 taxi ride from the airport. I would highly recommend this place for any travelers.
