PLUS:
Friendly personnel. Very good location: all main tourist attractions are in walking distance, there are a lot of different shops, department stores, groceries, arab greengroceries and greasy moneychangers, oodles of shawarma and narghile bars, facias in arabic and pharsi language.
The place is relatively secure: 2-3 policemen keep vigil 24h/7d right in front of the hotel.
MINUS:
The rooms are repulsively tiny, no table, no chair, no stool, there is no place even to put a single suitcase (we took two rooms: "Deluxe Double", #12, and "Standard Double", #9, - the difference was only in lopsided commode with clutched cases in "luxury" room). There is not enough space in toilet/shower to wipe yourself, even to place soap and shampoo. THERE IS NO COFFEE/TEE MAKER in the room, despite the hotel's advertisements. The TV has only free channels: basic news and vulgar sexual advertisements. The breakfast is ridiculously small: 1 tea or coffee, 1 toast+jam, 1 egg or flakes. It is very strange that such flophouse is declared as three-star hotel (e.g., EasyToBook.com where I booked it), I think that even one star is too much for it.
