what a shabby desolate hotel. Inadequate lighting in the car park greets you when you arrive. Try to arrive in daylight because the on line instructions on finding the hotel are wrong.

Receptionist was not awful but the room was bleak. On the surface clean but underneath yuk. The kettle was so dirty I was not prepared to boil it for a cup of tea. The only amenity provided was a pubic hair, no bath mat or hair dryer, the pillows are tiny and flat and the quilt is thin. The room was cold and the only chair uncomfortable. The soffa bed looked foul.

Been to a few travelodges around the country, so decided to book this one as we had to visit Sparsholt.

Room was clean & in reasonable condition. Bathroom looked like it's had a touch up recently with fresh silicon around the bath, sinks etc.

Great location, just on the A34. And you've got the services yards away for Burger King / Little Thief. We had a rear facing room & so had no road noise.

Fine for a one-night stop over, but wouldn't recommend it otherwise.

A group of us went to visit a family member in Winchester at Travelodge Winchester we arrived late on friday night approx 10.30pm. Staff ok not really freindly but not frustrating neither.

Rooms are just simple would not like to stop more that 2 days in this location. Nearest shops (if you don't want to pay the overpriced prices at the services) is 3 miles away Adsa great at breakfasts.

Overall simple easy no frills stopover.

Stayed last month on a saver deal of £26. The location is good for Winchester and is quieter than the travel lodge on the opposite carriageway.

Unfortunately very tired accomodation and poorly cleaned, although the staff were pleasant and seemingly very industrious. For some reason every travel lodge weve stayed in has a problem with the sound on the TV, it becomes very distorted when even on fairly quietly.

Overall very disappointed. Perhaps when prices are this cheap something has to give. A pity because the staff seem good. The company should do more to support them.
