Great deal from travelzoo. Beautiful room, amazing dinner at Zee's and a super friendly, warm staff willing to go the extra mile.

Visited Lailey winery & Reif Estates - loved them both!!! Probably came home with too much wine...wait...is there such a thing ; )

Absolutely NO night life though - only one pub open past 10pm that we found. Still a great night though.

A few adjectives to describe this hotel: modern, comfortable, relaxing, friendly, convenient, quiet. In addition to this they serve what we thought were great breakfast meals, just what we enjoy for a morning meal. We had a room issue that was addressed the second we mentioned it to the manager. Rooms are nice with large flat panels, the baths are modern with tv's, great for the moring news, and nice showers. They have a small frig great for wine or a snack. Lobby area is very cool with coffee, dvd's, paper, computer, etc. We loved the place and hope to return again soon.

I surprised my husband for his birthday this great deal from Travel Zoo & I scored big!! We loved the hotel from the minute we walked in with the courteous & friendly service, to the beautiful & clean room, awesome bathroom which we would only dream of, to the delicious meal at Zee's & topping it off at their spa! We have never felt this warm & personal touch at any hotel we've ever stayed at before.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Shaw Spa and Club. The bathroom was awesome and the amenities were lovely. The continental breakfast included suited us perfectly. Service was always prompt and cheerfully provided.
