Nice boutique hotel. I stayed in the signature suite. The decor and in room amenities were nice but to be expected in a $700 + per night room. The housekeeping was terrible. I had a "do not disturb" sign on the door as I was trying to get some rest and the housekeeping decided to call my room, I was asleep so I didn't get the phone fast enough, and a few minutes later I heard someone coming in the door and I had to ask them to leave. After that I just got up and decided to go out in which I called housekeeping to let them know it was ok to come in. Upon my returning to the room my first reaction was they never came, ironing board and iron still out, towels on the floor in the bathroom, coffee capsules not replaced glasses out and so on, however they did make the bed that was it. I guess they weren't happy they couldn't clean the room when they were ready to do it.
Another item that kinda bugged me a bit, they have car service for their guest for short rides around town. I was having dinner at a restaurant about 10 minutes away, basically across the bridge not a big deal. I was told they couldn't accommodate me because it was "across the bridge", ok I guess you have to have some rules but when you have guest paying you this much for a suite and you have the car sitting out front and you tell the guest no only for this reason, bad business.
The staff was nice. I'm on the fence, not sure I would give them another try.
