Great value - right in downtown Vancouver - short walk to Yaletown restaurants, Gastown, etc. Nice suites for business travel. Looks like great amenities - pool, spa, etc. - unfortunately I didn't have time to take advantage of them all. Will book my next trip to Vancouver there!

Traveling to Vancouver for a convention and got an excellent group rate. Room had a full-size kitchen. Great for families. Staff very friendly and restaurant top quality. Fabulous service. Very good location for shopping on Robson. Pool but no hot tub.

Nice hotel for the money. Good location. Didn't have a chance to try the restaurant and pool. The pool closes at 10 pm could be open a little longer. Clean rooms needs updating as well as the bathrooms.

Stayed eight nights at this hotel in September. On arrival the exterior of the building appeared unattractive, however, on entering the foyer was large and nicely furnished. We had a one room suite on the 22nd floor definently would recommend a suite as they are spacious with well equiped kitchens and a balcony off the lounge with spectaculat views of Vancouver. I cannot praise the staff highly enough in this hotel they are extremely helpful and when I was having problems connecting my I pad and phoned reception for advice they offered to come up to our room and sorted the problem for me which they did very efficiently. Wi Fi is free which is excellent. Great location as the free shuttle bus to Capiliano stops right outside the entrance of the hotel as does the hop on hop off bus. Another great bonus is the laundry room which is fitted out with up to date washing machines, tumble dryers, TV, even coffee making facilities. Very close to Robson Street for shopping and there are a number of good restaurants close by. Would recommend this hotel and would suggest that you have a meal in the restaurant as the food was excellent. If ever I was to return to Vancouver would certainly stay here.

Room tip: We had a corner suite with large floor to ceiling windows and a balcony. Al;though there is a hospital next door to the hotel didn`t find noise a problem.

The staff were all really nice and professional. The location is really good as are the onsite restaurants.
Only complaint was that the layout in the bedroom of the 1 bedroom suite is a little awkward.
