The Villa we were in was definitely not 4* as had been described in the literature. It was basic in decoration and comfort. The staff are not motivated and the service was indifferent. At breakfast i had to ask Chantel for water at least 3 seperate times and this happened on 2 seperate ocassions. The aforementioned culprit also when asked for a particular type of teabag brand spent 5 mins "looking" and came back and told us they had run out. Yet there were at least 2 other tables with 4-5 sachets on each table. All guest were assigned an agent, whose job is to make sure your holiday goes as smooth as silk. Their job is to iron out anything that needs to be resolved. Sorry Nick it took us 2 days to get a hold of you and that was only by chance. Apparently 10% of the 400 villas are timeshare and each timeshare villa hosts 6-8 people, Windjammers reps tried their hardest to sell us a timeshare oh sorry "vacation break" (they dont call it timeshare) This is supposed to be a premier place to stay in St.Lucia. Sorry for me it was average at best and i will not be returning to...More
