I stay in hotels Monday -Thursday ever week, usually in Manchester I stay in the Hilton which is a typical Hilton (obviously). The rooms are most probably 2* - extremely basic and the bathroom needs a good clean. It's quite old fashioned and has two single beds pushed together. I would prefer to be in the premier inn across the street.
If you are staying here bring the address as my taxi had never heard of it and got lost a few times.
I had looked at the rooms on the website and they are not at all similar to what you get.

Stayed just one night before an early morning flight the next day. Got a great rate via their website of just £29 for a king room. Location is good, 10mins drive from the airport with a choice of restaurants on the business park within just a few minutes walk. General areas are a little antiseptic but the room was great. Pretty big with a king size bed, free wifi, good sized bathroom and kept very clean. Didnt eat or drink onsite as being a weekend, and this is mainly a conference venue, the bar and restaurant were pretty dead. With the choices to eat nearby I cant see many choosing to eat in the hotel. Car park is also secure with a barrier which is reassuring. Will definately use again when we have a flight from Manchester.

Very nice hotel, clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful. The hotel is directly under the flight path for Manchester Airport but it wasn't particularly noisy in the room.

Very nice - a smaller De Vere hotel. Pleasnt room, although we could have done with another chair. Love the tea / coffee station and pleasant seating areas. Very convenient for TGI Fridays, Sainsbury, John Lewis and a Table Table pub. All in all, this is excellent, but do note that it is under the flight path.

We paid nineteen pounds so obviously didnt get the best room in the hotel - perfectly ok though a few signs of wear and tear but spotlessly clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful - wouldny hesitate to stay again. Only negative was the very hard pillows but i am very fussy about them and would take my own if i returned.
