The appartment was spacious, comfortable and in the main well equipped. The booking, directions, key collection, along with the support from the owners and JS properties was excellent, couple of minor issues resolved very quickly.
The stand out aspect is the lovely quiet, peaceful location right on the beach front and the great spacious and semi-shaded balcony. I agree with previous reviews in relation to the location being away from the centre / hub and also being able to hear activity in other appartments, however neither of these issues caused us any problems. The space in the bedrooms, the storage / wardrobe space - with coat hangers! the air-conditioning and the standard of the bathrooms, showers / water pressure were all excellent. The lounge and dining areas were also great, however there are a few overall improvements that would make this appartment a full 5 ☆.
1. The kitchen did not have enough work space for cooking a meal and the lack of any draining board / area made washing up problematic. This could be easily resolved by removing the little glass table and 2 chairs from the kitchen, with 2 other full dining tables this was not required and just got in the way. If this was replaced by extra work surfaces then the kitchen would then be fit for purpose for the number of guests that can be accommodated.
2. Although the appartment has a single bedroom so could sleep up to 7 people, unless these are all from one family the number of bathrooms/toilets is not really sufficient for 6 or 7 adults. Again this could easily be resolved by chaging the single bedroom into an additional bathroom, this would raise the standard of the appartment with a bathroom for each of the bedrooms, this would appeal more to groups of adults and the space in the large main bedroom could easily be used for an additional sofa bed or fold up bed to still give the 7 person family option.
3. There was no introduction / guidance manual in the appartment, this is unusual as having guidance on how to use all the facilities is expected and included in other self-catering accommodation we have stayed in, and this ensures maximum use of the advertised facilities and proper / safe use too.

Comfortable, fit for purpose
The transfer arranged from the airport was comfortable and the hand over of keys professional.
The apartment was clean and adequately equipped.
The air conditioning was very nice to have and would have been even more important if the weather had have been as hot every day as it was on the last day of our stay (29C)
The apartment block sounds hollow and as such noise (people walking above can be heard step for step and doors opening and closing as well as furniture being moved) from every other apartment can be heard at all times.
The apartment is on the outskirts of town which was good for us, but people looking to be near the hub of town or the nightlife may find this too far away.
The cleaning service arrived at 10 am on our last day and we were running about 15/20 minutes late for check-out, the man who arrived was extremely rude and put a damper on our stay. My daughter explained we needed 10 minutes to get out and 5 minutes later he was ringing the bell again and was almost threatening in his approach.
I would stay in the apartment again as it was comfortable and clean and I would recommend it to friends or family.

Close to the beach and shops. Lovely clean apartment. Owners are very helpful in anything you need to know.
