“A delightful welcome”

The Old Bank and the town of Bruff are a highly recommended stop for anyone touring the West Coast and a great alternative to nearby Limerick.

Miriam could not be a more accommodating or charming host, providing us with everything we needed for a wonderful stay as well as some excellent tips for eating and drinking in her lovely home town.

The rooms are very generous in size and beautifully styled. Our ensuite also featured a jacuzzi. Fab! The beds are incredibly comfortable and the rooms quiet.

Breakfast was generous and fresh and we were sent on our way with a spring in our step.

Thanks Miriam!

“We felt extremely welcomed and taken care of!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 4 March 2010

We stayed at the Old Bank when our reserved B/B had heating problems. Miriam welcomed us so wonderfully. Our room was immaculate and so comfortable. We stayed two nights, not consecutively, but missed a night in between. She saved the same room for us and couldn't have done more to make our stay fabulous. Thank you Miriam!

“Beautiful rooms, wonderful breakfast, friendly and welcoming to whole family”

Staying at The Old Bank I realised Ireland has not lost its true Irish welcome and friendliness, while offering excellent value for money. The quality of accomodation and food were superb but the thing that really set this accomodation apart was the real Irish welcome and the warmth of an open fire. There is a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere where both adults and children felt at home. We had interconnecting rooms a rarity in B+B accommodation. The rooms were of an exceptionally high standard.
