I went by myself for one week. I felt safe, surrounded by nice hardworking people, always ready to help. This place is more than I ever imagined. The second I got here, everything just left my mind. The view is breath-taking and the accommodations are more than I could ever hoped for. The food was splendid!

Booked through living social package, stayed there at the end of our trip and we were surprised how rundown the hotel was. All the rest of our trip was first class all the way, from transfers, tours and hotel.Bath towels were full of sand, faulty locks on the back door. Room fixtures cheap and old.Beds only had a sheet, no blankets. when we asked for a blanket they had none only another sheet. Pool area was gorgeous and the views were spectacular. We saw monkeys, iguanas and many birds from our back patio. Staff were helpful and friendly, restaurant food was fair..Rooms were pretty far from public areas with steep stairs and walkways. Beach was spectacular...an american owned convenience store was an unexpected surprise with great snacks. Hotel has good bones but really needs updating.

We stayed here for three nights at the tail end of our trip. The hotel has a great view and is located within walking distance to the beach, but the rooms and hotel facilities need work.

Our room was large but very sparsely furnished with only a small dresser and night stand in between both beds. There was a light hanging from the celing where it had looked like a table had once been, but there was no sitting area in the room. We also had no coffee maker or fridge which were provided at our other stops. The room had an ice bucket but we were told there was no I've maker on site and would have to go to the convenient store down the road to purchase some. Our shower head sprayed water everywhere besides in the shower.

The staff was friendly and willing to accommodate us for the most part. They brought us an extra pillow after we asked twice. We also requested a blanket as the bed only had a sheet but we were told they didn't have any. The mattress also didn't have a mattress pad/protector.

The food was pretty good at the restraunt but it was overpriced. We booked the dolphin watching, snorkeling and fishing trip out of the hotel which was fun. We didn't have much luck fishing or snorkeling because of a bad rainstorm the night before but the captian and mate were pleasant and made sure we had a good time. We did catch a spanish mackerel but the crew kept the fillets.

Excellent location, lots of dining choices and activities within walking distance. Room well-appointed - details like plenty of chairs, magnifying mirror in bathroom. Main loungefloor to ceiling was beautiful and inviting, great place to watch the sunset. Lots of local activities including water sports and cycling. Hotel staff members were wonderful, every request granted. Will be returning for sure.

Very nice hotel with beautiful views.
Staff is very friendly, rooms need a little extra work.
They got beautiful beaches with short driving distance.
You can see a beautiful sunset or look at the monkeys from the restaurant deck.
