01.30 AM kids reduced to tears by disco noise.
Staff have neither control nor ability to get it turned down. I even walked down to reception from our third floor room (in my pyjamas) and bar manager Paddy apologised but just told me it would stop soon. It didn't. A truly terrible experience.

Great hotel very reasonable,just off new N6 dublin -galway nice and relaxing leisure centre fab and very clean and well kept.staff 100% have booked fora party in may already.Great atmosphere here.Athenry is a lovely medival town..castle..abbey..towers..restaurants..golf..cafe..pubs..great night life

This was our first time away with both kids in tow and we really enjoyed our stay. The staff from reception to the bar and restaurant were are all excellent and made it a great stay. This was our 2 kids 1st time in a pool and the paddling pool proved a big hit . The hotel has it all, is great value and we can fully recommend it. Major plus is the underground carpark with access to hotel, avoids alot of hassle. The Cajun chicken pasta could do you a rethink though ( don't really go together) otherwise the food was very good.

Because of a stupid Icelandic volcano I could not fly to the Canaries. So on short notice and with a limited budget someone told me to try one of the Lidl holiday breaks . I booked the Raheen Woods , Not expecting much for 49 euro including dinner and breakfast per person , we set off for Galway . We were amazed at the hotel , spotless,new, superb food,an excellent leisure center and probably the most helpful and friendly staff i have ever encountered. Well worth a visit . Athenry town was lovely too. I will be back
