Mount Dora Forum: living in mount dora?

I have lived in Mt Dora for 30 years, raised 3 kids and enjoyed the layed back way of life.

Although there is a lot of activity here and always something to do. The schools are like most others, had a few problems as the kids grew up but mine survived and doing well.

I drove a school bus so a I was around a lot.

Many churches if you're interested, weather is hot in the summer as most areas are in central Florida, lots of shopping areas, many with in 30 miles either way. I see this inquiry was a while back but if you haven't been here yet you may want to visit another time. Happy In MtDora
