“ lakesdie inn is a dump ”

I recently stayed at the Lakeside Inn, It was during the week of record setting cold temperatures. I got to hotel at 8:30 only to find the lounge closed. Room was cold. I woke up at 4:30 am to find the temperature 61 degrees. I attempted to call the front desk but the phone did not work. I waited until 6:30 and went out to my car and called from my cell phone. Maintenace man showed up with a space heater, Eventually temp got warm enough to take a shower. Only problem was there wasn't hot water. Told front desk and they offered nothing. Maintenace mas admitted of ongoing problems. PLACE IS A DUMP in a beautiful setting. DO NOT STAY THERE. MAny othe rnice options.
