Breezes Buzios Resort will be open by June 2010.
There will be 319 units, including 10 Banglows, facing the Tucuns Beach (next to Geribá).
Breezes Buzios was created as a Condo Hotel. So, the owner of the units receive the share of the operational profit, each month.
There are still, some unit for sale.
