“ need Ideas northern Italy and Lugano in 2010 April ”

My husban, i and my two girls would like to travel to Lugano, Zermatt and northern Italy.. we have about 10 days. Which airport we should fly in, from the usa. also we do not like to drive so what is the best way to travel and where to stay? how many days we should stay at each place.. all we want to do is relax and walk and see as much as we can see, no worries if we miss something..just
want to be with the family..if any one can help me with this 10 day itenary, it would be very kiendly appriciated.. thank you
