Kilkenny Forum: Tours of Smithwicks Brewery

where exactly is the brewery located? on there site I cant seem to find anything listed other than kilkenny. we are leaving in less than 2 weeks for our honeymoon and would love to stop and tour the brewery while we are staying in kilkenny!

You can't miss the brewery. It is right in the centre of town close to all the main landmarks. The entrance is close to the Watergate Theatre.

Check out the pubs close by for Irish music - Pumphouse, John Cleeres, Bollards.

Great news! Just sent them an e-mail for a tour.

Look forward to that on my next visit to Kilkenny, sounds like great fun.

We actually only did the Guinness one for the first time last year.

I love the idea of visiting the actual working brewery this time, and of course I love Kilkenny anyway.

Unfortunately, I just told hubby who will be visiting Kilkenny without me in the next few weeks and he is already planning the tour with some friends......
