Stayed at the Rivercourt on 2 occasions within a 3 week period. The staff were friendly with the huge exception of the manager and reception on both occassions there were problems regarding the fee. The first time I paid with cash and the deposit on my debit card and I was then charged full price on my debit card when i rang to explain this reception was most unhelpful kept telling me I was wrong, When this was rectified i was notified by voicemail only with measly apology, the second time I went with a large group and they kept saying we didnt pay for breakfast even my friend told them time and time again it was on her credit card statement that we did when this was finally rectified they then said we didn't pay a deposit that took approximately 20 mins to sort out and the receptionist (same one both times) had a really bad attitude throughout this. My advice would be keep receipts, statements etc because maybe once i could understand but both times i stayed there i dont think so. Very unprofessional!!!!!!!!!!
