In these hot temps I've been thinking about skiing down the glades at Le Edge to cool off in my mind :D

Hi TremblantJB007,
Certainly has been "roasting" hot here (and all across the Northeast) these past few weeks... lol, good for vacation... we had an excellent time (and weather) while touring Quebec City - The Maritimes - New England.
And yes, my mind has turned to "snow" more than once... driving thru and passing road signs with familiar names like - Mont Ste Anne, Sunday River, Attitash, Loon, Cannon, Killington, Whiteface... to name but a few.
The biggest shocker though was watching the news and finding out that Whistler had reopened (IN JULY !!!) because of the incredible amount of snow pack they had from late season snow storms... I kept watching the broadcast and shaking my head... wondering if this was some kind of late April Fools prank that the Tv station was playing on me. Unbelievable (and yes, I am sooo jealous).
Cheers!

Well let's hope it stays hot and dry for Tremblant the rest of the summer. Every summer it has been that way the following winter is very snowy like 3 years ago
Hi TremblantJB007,
Lol... I am all in favour of "normal" weather for a couple of years too... Hot Dry Summers - Chilly Falls - Snowy Winters - and Wet Springs. I've had it with the upsidedown weather we've seen in the last 5 years... I am totally enjoying this hot summer after 2 that didn't really happen (soaking wet and cool... more like Springs)... and HOT Falls are nice, but you can't swim in a Mountain Lake in October no matter how hot the day time temp... and unseasonably mild winters means one can't ski... NO give me back the "extremes" that are supposed to exist in this Canadian climate !!
Cheers!
