 weather in Panglao

Hello. I am planning to visit one of the relaxing and beautiful beach resorts of Philippines in coming Jul-Aug. Though this is not a season of good weather, I have no choice. So here is the question. I've read that Cebu is 'relatively' OK regarding weather around year. Cebu's neighbor Panglao might still Ok or might differnt?

'Ok' means relatively calm(swimmable) sea/beach, 'part-time' rain fall(so the rest of a day is fine), generaly less attack by tyhoon.

I do not go diving but would like to enjoy snorkeling and scenary.

Thanks!

its nice in panglao its totally different from boracay and transportation is more convenient as most resort offers transport from/to airport or port.you will not get bored as tagbilaran city is less than an hour trip, there are more exciting places to see.

Oh! good point.

I got to ask you about Dolphin and Whale watching.

Can we see them around year? I mean, in July and Aug?

When I visited Guam for holiday and joined Dolphin watching tour, they said liklyness to see one is about 90%. But alas...we joined two days and never met one. Finally we found out that in that pariclurar season(summer), about 60% we can see them. So dissapointed.

What about this area? Is there any seasonal general-difference in occurance possibility rate to see dolphins? ( wooo....strage English, sorry)

Thank you very much!

I really appreciate especially you two's information.

Dolphin tour seems worth tyring!

Of course, if they do not like come up, we can't. at least they are not on seasonal leave or somethin, it's worth going.

Sharks would also interest my son!

Thanks again!
