Welcome to this forum. You have not provided us with much information, so I will make some assumptions here. Firstly, that the Lucerne you mean is Luzern in Switzerland (as there is also another, a small place in Italy), and that you wish to drive there in in a direct route with few stops for sightseeing, etc, the only possible detour being via Luxembourg.
I will try and offer you some tips and suggestions to help you plot your own route.
The first thing to say, however, is as you wish to drive through Switzerland, and it isn't practical to take the many small byways when towing a caravan, you will need to buy a vignette to allow you to use the Swiss motorway system. This can be bought online before you travel (just google switzerland vignette) or at the border crossing when you enter the country. The reason to buy in advance is because there can be long queues to purchase this, depending on time and date of you entering the country.
The best way to plot your route is to visit the viaMichelin website.
Select 'routes' so you get to the route planning section. Then, as you fill in the boxes on the left, add Luxembourg as a stage by clicking on the 'add a stage' link. Then, slightly further down, click on the 'options' link and here check 'car/caravan'. This way, you will only be offered route options suitable for towing a caravan. You can, of course, check several other options, such as cheapest/shortest/fastest route, etc, depending on what you want. Also, if you wish to stop anywhere else, just add these places as further stages. If you sign up on the website, it will store your routes for retrieval and printing out at any time.
BTW, if you use the French spelling of Dunkirk - ie. Dunkerque, you will get better results!
If you need any more info, or tips, please post here. Otherwise, have a great trip, and let us know how you got on.

I've read in your other post you're driving saterday july 2. July 2 is the start of the holiday vacation in The Netherlands and many people are on their way to France. Current fuelprice in Luxembourg is € 1.31 per liter (95) but that can change. If I remember correctly there are 2 fuelpumps in Luxembourg just off the motorway and they can be crowded with long waiting times. I also drove with a twinaxle (tandemas) caravan long ago and we always went off the motorway and filled our tank at a local station.
You also should be aware, july is the time for roadworks in Belgium. They like to start that when tourists are on their way for some reason.
