Yes but any passengers that booked before 15th Feb 2015 will still not be able to use MMB but will have to phone the call center on 0203 451 2688

Why am I still not able to manage my booking online? I have waited for the upgrade to take place and now I cant manage my booking because I booked my holiday in January for this coming March. Will I ever be able to manage my booking online? I can't even use the app either!

If you are Facebook, contact the Thomson Holiday media team and see if they can help as there have been quite a few posts from people managing to get on their MMB this morning for the first time. APP not yet up and running properly apparently.

This whole MMB issue has been dealt with in an awful manner my Thomson/FC. I contacted them many, many times and only ever got vague, generic answers. So after all this waiting many folk still can't go on and do something as simple as view their booking etc. Now we're being told to call and pay 10p a min!! My recent experience calling them is being on hold for ages and getting nowhere fast. Thomson really need to overhaul the entire operation. It's been utterly shambolic and amateurish. Been using them for years but found a real drop in standards recently. I hope they get it sorted soon, but I won't hold my breath.

Have tried to choose our extra legroom seats as you should be able to do this 90 days before your flight home. Have been trying to do this all week to no avail via flight extras but it keeps saying it has found our booking but name or date must be wrong. IT ISN'T!! Tried phoning to be told flight isn't loaded on _ whatever that means and the 90 day thing isn't set in stone. Why give it then? The call cost us 69p per minute as ringing from holiday in Turkey. When will be able to book our already paid for legroom seats for a hol 23 Dec to 30 Dec? When you book a hol with Thomas cook you book your exact seats there and then so will not be using Thomson again after this debacle.

It means the seat plan is not loaded on the system as yet, but in saying that it should be loaded as other passengers are now being able to book their preferred seats for holidays on flights for the same time of year. I know many people have been given a new 4/5 or 6 digit reference to enter on the Flight Extra website since the new upgraded system has gone 'live' possibly you need a new reference to able to log on to depending on when you booked your holiday.

Booked before then. Man on phone at Thomson said he could not load our flight on his system on Friday! We have 5 digit ref. Friday was the 90 day thing. He said it could take days/weeks so to try every day which we have been doing to no avail. Like I really want to be sorting this out each day while on holiday.

Just phoned again and told cos of new system our booking not migrated onto new system . this will now be done and to try again in 24 to 48 hours. Thomson is a joke. Will never ever book with them again. We will always go with Thomas cook as we used to.

Still can't access our booking via flight extras. Back in UK and going to Thomson shop today to see if they can book our seats for us. What a shambolic joke Thomson are and don't believe anything the staff on the phone tell you.
