do not be fooled by this company they will take your money and give you nothing. the people involved in this corrupt company should be strung up. stay well clear of them!!
Tripadvisor should set up a "Warnings" forum.
Well in the OPs previous post USBT did ask the poster to be objective in their review, good or bad.
Seems he has more than come through for him.
Edited: 9 years ago"do not be fooled by this company they will take your money and give you nothing."
It would have been better to advise people to research who they are using before purchasing rather than after the event which is sound advice that can be applied to every OTA.
OP warnings without information are totally worthless.
"Super Air Fare Limited is the presidium of experienced and assiduous people who have rock bottom knowledge of the travel forte"
Hmm, now where have I read that before...
These appear to be the same people who brought us:
http://flightfiesta.co.uk/about-us.aspx ("Flight Fiesta is the presidium of experienced and assiduous people who have rock bottom knowledge of the travel forte")
and
http://faresxperts.com/aboutus.html ("Faresxperts Inc is the presidium of experienced and assiduous people who have rock bottom knowledge of the travel forte")
Not to be touched with bargepole, I'd say.
For anyone that might stumble across this in their research, this is a faresxperts thread with a goodly number of unhappy "customers": http://www.tripadvisor.com.au/ShowTopic-g1-i10702-k8010721-Faresxperts_co_uk-Air_Travel.html
Just out of interest, I had to look up the definition of "presidium", according to the Australian Concise Oxford Dictionary, it's "a standing executive committee in a Communist country".
Top work AussieGirl.
And the use of the phrase "rock bottom" to describe their expertise!
Has any of the forum members been mugged by this firm? If anyone got any experience with them please could you share.
Travio, why do you want to know?
Forum members here will generally either be
-hit and run posters who generally leave their rant about being ripped off by some shonky organisation after being entranced by apparently low fares and not checking into the company, and then never return, or
- people who have seen hundreds of similar complaints and wouldn't touch companies like this with an extra length barge pole.
So you are unlikely to get replies from the former until some hapless sap whose been ripped off stumbles across this thread, doing the research after the event, not before. And from the latter, well it's obvious what they will say but they won't have been ripped off as they realise that if a deals too good to be true, it's too good to be true, not to mention the joke of a self description these companies come up with.
