They try to accommodate the clients as much as they can. They could improve a bit creating a feeling of adventure rather then the feeling ..."of dealing with solid commercial operation. Sometimes it felt more like a bank then an excursion into another reality. But they did go out of their way to try to accommodate every wish my wife had, and they definitely know their staff.
