"I researched this restaurant and was happy to see that the owners are both Trained Chefs and that one of them is a Puerto Rican native. This I knew would mean a fusion of traditional ingredients and flavors with modern technique and flare. I was not wrong. The food was absolutely good enough to d..."ie for. We even had a vegetarian among us that able to take advantage of the wonderful vegetarian dish on their menu. Not something commonly found on all PR restaurant menus. Now for the exception.... And I write this part not to discourage you from visiting this restaurant but in the hope that the owners will read this and make the necessary changes. Ok.. so the drinks were terrible. "We did not go into the restaurant, it was closed when we arrived, but the side place where they have fritters was open. We had fish turnovers, delicious, deep fried, homemade and nice and hot. Will definitely go back for more. I was told they open only on weekends, not sure of this, but it is wor..."th a trip to Fajardo to eat one of their freshly artisanal fritters.

We were greeted the moment we stepped out our vehicle, and within seconds she knew all our names by heart. She quickly accommodated our party of eight, and catered to whatever requests we made. She even let us try some of her amazing pecan pie! Truly, we were made to feel at home, and we left feeling as if we had just made a new friend. I highly recommend visiting Las Vistas...
