"I had the best baked lobster since being on the Cape. Not only was it large but it was cooked to perfection. Stuffed with shrimp and scallops. My husband had the swordfish and he loved it. Done just right- not overcooked nor undercooked. The service was good and folks were friendly. There are ..."only two things I would change. The bread was a disappointment and the olive oil on the table could have been better. The wines by the glass for reds could be upgraded. But if you are looking for fish this is the place. They have a salad bar that we did not try but everyone seemed to really like it. The portion are very big. I liked the fact that the main course could bed ordered by the regular or bistro size which is smaller and can save some bucks for those on a small budget.

"This is an awesome place...like having dinner with family. I go every year to open the place in May and when they close on Oct. It is a tradition. I eat here often and am vegetarian and have plenty of options. The food is always consistent, the staff friendly, and Todd will always tell you his favor..."ite jokes. Plus, we can bring our own beer and wine. What could be better? Try it, you will love it.

The downside is that the stores themselves are unpretentious and spartan. Wellfleet is tiny - there is only one eat-in table, while P'Town diners have to cluster around a few outside tables or sit on a sidewalk bulkhead. Neither of those stores have restrooms. Eastham has more tables and restrooms.
But the food is good and the price is right. So Bix Lunch will continue to be one of our regular sto...
